About Gemma

I’m Gemma Bullivant, an executive coach and reward strategist. I work with senior leaders and HR teams to strengthen how organisations think about leadership, reward and performance and how individuals show up within that.

My background includes board-level HR roles, and my coaching practice is grounded in behavioural psychology and systemic thinking.

I’m currently working towards Master Coach accreditation, which reflects the depth I bring to my coaching work.
