According to study by Claro Wellbeing, HR and recruiting professionals work more unpaid overtime than those in other professional fields, second only to environmental and agricultural employees.
Executive coach and HR consultant Gemma Bullivant, said technological advances and the rise of remote work mean the nine to five working model is now “outdated”. She added that “trust is essential” to mitigate the risk of burnout in this new environment.
