According to a study, three-quarters of respondents who work in manufacturing have trouble filling positions, and specialists believe that HR could play a role in revitalising the industry.
A previous Amba survey of the Gen Z workforce found that 58% of workers were contemplating quitting their jobs in the upcoming year because their employers didn’t share their beliefs.
Gemma Bullivant, an HR coach and consultant, stated that although HR pros must “inspire and influence” and “truly shape” people strategy, they are not responsible for workplace identity unless granted a position at the table.
